  • Helped the Department as a team member in the preparation of new curriculum in B.A. English Hons degree programme. Worked on the detailed syllabi.(2021-2022)
  • Coordinated extensive revision of B.A. Languages and B.A. Linguistics course curricula.(2014-2015)
  • Appointed as Head of the Department of Languages and Communication Studies 2006-2008, 2009-2011, 2013-2014. 2015-2016.
  • Partnered with the Sri Lanka Ministry of Higher Education for Quality Enhancement Fund (QEF) Batch III as part of World Bank Project. Person in Charge for the Activity A – Increasing Efficiency in Practical Skills in Communication Studies in QEF Batch III project 2008
